Safety first
Alerta is an extra signal, not a replacement for your own awareness. It can miss a sound, name it wrongly or point the wrong way, for example in wind, loud music or when the microphones are covered. Keep looking around, follow traffic rules and never rely on Alerta alone to stay safe.
Who we are
Alerta is made by a team at the Apple Developer Academy in Bali (2026): Wahyu Kurniawan (team lead), Andi Naufal, Alan Frederick, Vincent Gunawan, Gloria Kesita and Keiko Serah. “We” means that team.
Using Alerta
- You must be 18 or older.
- Alerta needs an iPhone 16 or newer with iOS 27.
- The beta is shared through Apple’s TestFlight, so Apple’s TestFlight terms apply too.
It’s a beta
Features may change, break or go away while we test. Your feedback helps us fix them.
Price
Alerta is free. If we ever add paid features, we’ll tell you before anything costs money, and you choose whether to pay.
Your account
Keep your Apple account secure. You’re responsible for what happens in Alerta under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings › Account.
Emergency contacts
- Only add people who have agreed to get texts from Alerta.
- Texts depend on your phone’s connection and on our providers, and can be late or fail.
- Alerta doesn’t contact emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Indonesia).
Fair use
Don’t misuse Alerta: no reverse engineering, overloading our servers, or using it to harm or track other people.
Our work
The Alerta app, name, wordmark and website belong to the Alerta team. You can use the app for yourself; you can’t copy or resell it.
No guarantees
Alerta is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from relying on Alerta, missing an alert or getting a wrong one.
Ending
You can stop using Alerta and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
